How do you ship US orders?

US orders are shipped via USPS (via First-Class or for heavy packages, Ground Select) within 1-3 business days. This includes a tracking number with delivery usually taking 2-5 business days. Pls note, it may take longer around the holidays due to USPS.

If you need your package ASAP, USPS Priority or Express Mail may be more suitable opts. If this is the case, pls reach out to me and I can reserve and help you with the order.

How do you ship international orders?

International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class package within 1-3 business days. This includes a tracking number and delivery can take 2-6 weeks. International shipping can be bit pricey but I try my best to offer best shipping costs that will get the orders to you safe and sound!

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees placed by their country’s regulations. Your local customs should be able to provide estimates for you.

What are the art copyrights?

All artwork copyrights of original art, commissions and prints are retained by the artist. Purchase of an original painting, pottery, design or print does not transfer the copyrights. Any unauthorized reproduction for personal or commercial use is in violation of U.S. copyright and appropriate legal action will be taken.

Do you do art commissions?

Yes, I do commissions of original gouache paintings on paper. Usual turn around is 2.5-3 weeks, depending on scale of work and client’s feedback time. Pls email me at perforatedfold@ gmail.com with what you’d like to commission and I’ll get in touch with more details. Usual turn around is 2-4 wks, depending on size & subject of work as well as customer’s response time. The artist is not responsible for any delays due to customer’s delay or lack of response.

I provided the wrong shipping address, can you ship to another address?

If you provided the wrong address, pls contact me as soon as possible. If the order has yet to ship, the correction can be made prior shipping. If the order has been shipped already, however, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. Perforatedfold can not be held responsible for any orders sent to incorrectly provided shipping address(es).

I never received my order, what do I do?

Pls contact USPS with your tracking number for more detailed info on when and where your package was delivered. Orders are out of our hands (figuratively and literally) once they are sent out as we have no control over postal service and their systems.

Do you accept returns/refunds/exchanges?

All sales and orders are final. No returns/refunds/exchanges are accepted. However, if you have any issues with your orders, pls contact me directly as it’s my priority to provide best shop experience for you!

I made a purchase but forgot to use my promo code, changed my mind, or missed a discount option/sale. Can I get a retroactive refund?

All sales and orders for all products and art commissions are final. No retroactive refunds are given for change of mind, not using a promo code or for shop sales/discounts occuring after a purchase is made.

I still haven’t received my order. What do I need to do?

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service (literally & figuratively!) and unfortunately, out of our hands. 1.Pls make sure that you’ve entered correct mailing address. 2.Contact your local post office w/your order tracking #. If your order shows as “Delivered” but was not received, pls request GPS location of when/where package was scanned as delivered. Check w/neighbors, doorman, etc as well. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for theft as “Porch Piracy”. Package theft is not covered by shipping insurance and will not replaced at our expense. If an order was not received due to an incorrect address you provided, we can not be responsible for the lost order.

I ordered an unframed print and it doesn’t fit my frame, help!

Frames and/or paper size may vary in size ever so slightly. Depending on the frame brand/type, it may be smaller or larger (for example, I’ve used 2 to 3 different types of a frame size and make adjustments accordingly.) I doublecheck to make sure prints are to size but if you’d like, pls msg me with any concerns and tips. Pls do NOT cut with scissors as you’ll end up with a crooked/damaged print and as all purchases are final and not refundable.
