What are your Shipping Policies?
Shipping Times
Domestic (United States): 5-7 business days after orders shipped
International: 1-3+ weeks after orders shipped, depending on location
Please Note:
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
- Once shipped, delivery times are handled by the carrier and are outside of Perforatedfold's control.
- International orders may be subject to customs delays & any additional VAT or other fees determined by their country postal services.
- Perforatedfold is not responsible for any shipping delays or orders lost, damaged or stolen during shipping and/or delivery. Any shipping/delivery issues is the customer's responsibility to resolve with their local postal services.

What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. NO returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
What if my package doesn't arrive?
Once an order has been shipped, it is solely in the hands of the postal service. Please:
- Verify you entered the correct mailing address
- Check with your neighbors, doorman, etc.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
- If it shows "Delivered" but wasn't received, request the GPS location of where it was scanned
Package theft ("porch piracy") is not covered by shipping insurance and will not be replaced by Perforatedfold. Such incident needs to be filed with your local police.
If your order wasn't received due to an incorrect address you provided, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs.
What if my item doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?
Perforatedfold is not responsible for any shipping delays or orders lost, damaged or stolen during shipping and/or delivery. Any shipping/delivery issues is the customer's responsibility to resolve with their local postal services.
